To develop and design a chair’s production method, producing jigs, templates, and tools required to process materials and test production techniques. The design should be able to be produced multiple times with the development of manufacturing methods. I am designing the manufacturing process for a CNC machined chair with a vacuum bent seat that resembles the look of a bent laminated chair, introducing the A1-Chair.
